LiveWell Signature Programs
LiveWell Signature Programs provide knowledge and practical strategies to prevent or adapt to changes related to dementia.
If you are concerned about brain health, have been diagnosed with dementia, or are supporting someone with a diagnosis, these programs are a great first step toward living well.
Signature Programs are included with LiveWell Memberships.

Healthy Lifestyles
Using evidenced-based recommendations from leading neurological professionals, this course promotes prevention and wellness opportunities through the development of healthy habits that address risk factors that cause or worsen dementia.
Designed for: People living with dementia & care partners
Open to: People at all cognitive levels
Duration: 10 Weeks | Once per Week | 1.5 Hours
Purpose: Focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing
Location: Virtual & In-Person

Resilient Living Series
Through a series of topics related to dementia, this program provides a foundational understanding of the disease process and practical ways to adapt to changes and become more resilient. Participants may join at any time in the series.
Designed for: People living with dementia & care partners
Open to: People at all cognitive levels
Duration: 5 Weeks | Once per Week | 1.5 Hours
Purpose: Focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing
Location: Virtual, In-Person, & On-Demand

The Resilient Living Center is designed to empower people concerned about their cognitive health and people experiencing life with dementia. With access to prevention and wellness opportunities, all are welcome to actively engage in a community that is the first of its kind.

Dementia Friends
To become a Dementia Friend, you join others in a one-hour virtual or in-person Dementia Friends Information Session. You will learn five key messages and a bit about what it’s like to live with dementia. As a Dementia Friend, your new understanding and attitudes will guide the practical actions you can take to help someone with dementia living in your community.
