Healthy Lifestyles
Course & Small Group Coaching
Developed with people living with cognitive change, this course reflects evidenced-based recommendations from behavioral neurologists and neuropsychiatrists specifically focused on improving brain health and overall well being. The course is designed for individuals experiencing cognitive change or dementia as well as anyone concerned about brain health. Friends and family are welcome.

Living well includes finding practical ways to build emotional resilience, connect and belong, maintain purpose, learn and grow, and optimize heath and wellbeing. LiveWell programs are designed to help you do just that!
Virtual and in-person options are available on an ongoing basis and new courses and programs begin with each new semester.

Memberships & All Access Day Passes
Beginning Spring of 2023, memberships and All Access Passes will be offered to provide an interactive and stimulating day program experience unlike anything else offered in the country. Choose programming specific to your interests and goals on whatever schedule makes the most sense for you. Being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia can be frightening and disorienting. People and their families often feel alone and unsure of next steps. In our 25+ years of experience, we’ve learned a lot about people’s needs as they live with the impact of life with dementia.
As a mission driven not-for-profit organization, we are glad to share our knowledge with you at the time you need it most, whatever that looks like for you.
