Healthy Lifestyles

Create your personalized roadmap to improved brain health and wellbeing!

Healthy Lifestyles was developed alongside people living with cognitive change using evidenced-based recommendations from behavioral neurologists and neuropsychiatrists to explore actionable steps you can take toward improving brain health, encouraging cognitive strength, and fostering overall wellbeing.

In this hands-on course you will learn techniques to make progress with your own routines in a friendly supportive and open environment for learning with a small group of peers with similar experiences. After the 10 week course concludes, the members of the course are invited to join a small group coach that will help reinforce the good habits and routines established in the course to ensure you have the support you need to continue building on the progress you make in the course.

In this course you will learn how to build healthy habits and routines around:

  • Sleep and sleep hygiene
  • Stress management
  • Cognitive stimulation
  • Relationships and social health
  • Nutrition
  • Physical fitness

We welcome you in this friendly small group course adapted to meet your specific goals whether you are someone concerned about your brain health as you age or a person living with a diagnosis of cognitive change.
