LiveWell Signature Series
LiveWell Signature Programs provide knowledge and practical strategies to prevent or adapt to changes related to dementia.
If you are concerned about brain health, have been diagnosed with dementia, or are supporting someone with a diagnosis, these programs are a great first step toward living well.
Signature Programs are included with LiveWell Memberships.
Healthy Lifestyles Course
Using evidenced-based recommendations from leading neurological professionals, this course promotes prevention and wellness opportunities through the development of healthy habits that address risk factors that cause or worsen dementia.
Designed for: People living with dementia & care partners
Open to: People at all cognitive levels
Duration: 10 Weeks | Once per Week | 1.5 Hours
Purpose: Focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing
Location: Virtual & In-Person
Resilient Living Program
Through a series of topics related to dementia, this program provides a foundational understanding of the disease process and practical ways to adapt to changes and become more resilient.
Designed for: People living with dementia & care partners
Open to: People at all cognitive levels
Duration: 5 Weeks | Once per Week | 1.5 Hours
Purpose: Focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing
Location: Virtual, In-Person, & On-Demand

Resilient Living Series On Demand
Being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia can be frightening and disorienting. People and their families often feel alone and unsure of next steps. In our 25+ years of experience, we’ve learned a lot about people’s needs as they live with the impact of life with dementia.
As a mission driven not-for-profit organization, we are glad to share our knowledge with you at the time you need it most, whatever that looks like for you. Access the Resilient Living Series, anytime, from anywhere, for practical information, activities, and strategies that will give you new tools to live well with a dementia diagnosis.
Dementia Friends
To become a Dementia Friend, you join others in a one-hour virtual or in-person Dementia Friends Information Session. You will learn five key messages and a bit about what it’s like to live with dementia. As a Dementia Friend, your new understanding and attitudes will guide the practical actions you can take to help someone with dementia living in your community.
