The Resilient Living Center is designed to empower people concerned about their cognitive health and people experiencing life with dementia. Membership offers discounts on courses and programs as well as many other benefits for seamless and integrated access to health and wellbeing

Integrative Health Coaching
Designed for: Any person who is living with cognitive change, concerned about brain health, or engaging as a care partner.

Duration: 30 Minute Sessions | 60 Minute Sessions

Purpose: To identify goals, strengths, opportunities and strategies in a one-on-one setting with a coach.
