Welcome to an Unparalleled Approach to Assisted Living

The New River Homes

We invited people living with dementia and their families to help us design a home they would truly want to live in.
River Bend and River View are the realization of that vision: vibrant, thoughtfully created communities shaped by their voices, values, and lived experiences.

THE LIVEWELL APPROACH

Traditional "memory care" settings can sometimes reflect limited beliefs about people living with dementia—often separating them from others and unintentionally sending messages that affect one’s sense of worth, inclusion, and belonging.

At LiveWell, we take a different approach. We use personalized technology, Occupational Therapy assessments, and holistic wellbeing evaluations to support each person’s unique autonomy, goals, and needs as they age in place—without isolation.

Our campus offers a full continuum of integrated supports and services accessible to all residents. This inclusive model sets LiveWell apart from conventional “memory care” or stand-alone assisted living settings, honoring the dignity, strengths, and evolving needs of every individual.

“I have no doubt that my grandmother received the best care in the year she lived at LiveWell. The nurses and staff were incredibly kind and empathetic. They truly felt like an extension of our family and for that I will be forever grateful.” ~ Amy C.

“Before I knew it I had quite the arsenal of people from LiveWell to assist me to take on dementia. ” ~ Bob W.

“At LiveWell I am validated as a capable person. The uplifting support, engagement, and friendships are the highlights of my day.” ~ Joan M.

“The staff really got to know me and took the time to understand what works for me. I am comfortable here and I fit in.” ~Maurice P.

Live here, live well.

We provide personalized, strength-based support across our full continuum of residential living—ensuring each person receives the right level of care to thrive, from Independent and Assisted Living in our River Homes to the comprehensive services in our Skilled Nursing communities.
