During these uncertain times, planning ahead and asking for help is critical! What happens if you or a family member gets sick? What if your resources, abilities, or routines change? It is important to realize that people living with dementia and their carepartners will need to rely on others at various times. Who is available to help? You may want and need help, but don’t know how to ask. How you ask for help can make a big difference when it comes to receiving it.
