For those who would prefer to remain in the chair for the entirety of the class, seated modifications of the standing postures will be provided. The movements and postures we practice will help improve strength, flexibility and balance; reduce pain and stiffness; optimize range of motion; promote relaxation; and reduce stress and muscular tension. This class will help to ease the pain associated with fibromyalgia and arthritis, aid in the healing of injuries, accommodate physical limitations and balance both the body and mind.
