Full Program Description:  
This program is designed to make fitness fun! We all know that exercise is an important part of maintaining our health however it can be tough to find inspiration. This class will incorporate music and movement, total body conditioning, and core strength. All you need is yourself, a chair, and a smile. All fitness levels are encouraged.

Come fall in love with fitness through:
• Low impact sitting and standing exercises
• strengthening muscle groups in the upper and lower body
• Building cardiovascular stamina
• Developing a peer network of fitness encouragers

Designed for: Individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change
Open to: Individuals experiencing mild cognitive change or newly diagnosed
Duration: Twice per week for an Hour
Schedule: M/W/F 10:15-11:15am
Purpose: Engage in whole body conditioning adapted for all fitness levels
