Hi everyone! Giving you all a shout to introduce (or re-introduce) myself, and offer an exciting opportunity. My name is Tyler and I am the Director of Fitness and Movement here at LiveWell. I have also been a personal trainer for 29 years! During this time I have worked with clients from all walks of life….from youth athletes to Olympians to residents here at Livewell. I am offering half hour personal training sessions with me called “Smart Start”. During this time we will discuss fitness goals you may have and address any limitations or challenges that may be standing in your way of achieving them. More than anything else I would like the “Smart Start” to motivate you and provide you with a plan of action……anything from a broad weekly plan, to a more specific daily 15-20 minute circuit you could do using the equipment we have here in the gym at LiveWell during your breaks. The hardest part of any exercise plan is getting started. Make an appointment with me and let me help you get off on the right foot with a “Smart Start” to making exercise part of your everyday life! – Tyler
