- Each time you join an activity, please sign the Rewards Plus Attendance Sheet available with the presenter or instructor. This will help us keep track of your points earned.
- Each point earned equals $5.00 in your HSA. Earn up to a maximum of $250 each quarter.
- Not enrolled in a LiveWell HSA? You will be eligible for our prizes raffle awarded end of each quarter.
- Sign up requirements vary for each class/program – please see course descriptions below for details. If registration required go to Livewell.org under special events or programs to sign up.
- There is a small cost for some of the programs.
Waterbury’s Brass Buttons 2 Points

Waterbury was nicknamed the Brass City after becoming the center of America’s brass industry in the 1800s, but did you know that brass buttons started it all? In this unique presentation, learn about the history of Waterbury’s brass buttons and admire the intricate art of the buttons of the Waterbury Button Museum. At the end of the presentation, participants will get the chance to see some of the buttons in their collection up close!

Rejuvenation with Live Cello 2 Points
Tuesday, November 26th | 2:00p-3:00p
Free | Performance Studio
Relax with soothing live-looped cello and voice, woven together in an improvisational tapestry of sound. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a sketchbook or journal, and let the music “take you away”. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be available for maximum comfort.
Zumba 2 Points
Every Tuesday | 3:45p– 4:30p
Drop-in Class/ Movement and Open Studio
This dance class features high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through beginner-accessible choreography. Join this class is a fun and energetic way to move and stay fit. Participants are encouraged to wear non-restrictive comfortable clothing.
Zumba Tone 2 Points
Every Thursday | 3:45p– 4:30p
Drop-in Class/ Movement and Open Studio
Zumba toning sticks are used in this class to enhance the workout by using resistance while toning arms, core and lower body. Move and stay fit with Zumba tone! Participants are encouraged to wear non-restrictive comfortable clothing.
Morning Yoga 2 Points

Drop-in Class /Movement Studio
Yoga is a practice that combines mind, body and spirit. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga is a wonderful way to exercise and/or reduce stress. Participants are encouraged to wear non-restrictive comfortable clothing
HIIT Class 2 Points

Fitness Studio
Yes, HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This class will be in a small group setting, where we will rotate throughout the class, station to station, performing big strength training movements challenging our muscular and cardiovascular systems. We will be using tools such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and our own body weight. Challenge is relative and will match the fitness level of each group member. Be ready to work alongside each other sharing a lot of camaraderie and mutual effort to achieve the common goal of getting through the workout feeling good and sharing the feeling of accomplishment.

Healthy Lifestyles Course 50 Points (if attend 10 weeks)
Duration: 10 Weeks | Once per Week | 1.5 Hours
Free | Virtual
This course will focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing. Using evidenced-based recommendations from leading neurological professionals, this course promotes prevention and wellness opportunities through the development of healthy habits that address risk factors that cause or worsen dementia. 1:1 coaching opportunities will follow.
