Education: Graduated from CCSU in 2006; BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Minor in Psychology
Current Certifications: ACSM Group Fitness Instructor, YMCA Strength and Conditioning Instructor, ACE Diabetes Educator Level-1. She has also taken the LiveWell Training and is a proud Dementia Friend.
Professional Experience: 21 Years of Experience in the Fitness Industry, 4 years at the SCC YMCA! Fitness Instructor: Cardio Kickboxing, Core, Hi/Low Impact, Healthy Bones Strength, Enhance Fitness, and Balance. She is also a certified Diabetes Prevention Educator.

Length: 10-week course starting April 18th Two times per week for one hour
Time: Mon & Wed: 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm (Registration Closed)
