Mind/Body/Spirit Wellness Package

Fuel your healthy habits by combining three classes for a half day program. Wellness Your Way, Tai Chi, and Tap into Sound are offered together on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:30-5pm at the Southington YMCA.

Participants will enjoy

  • a work-out on the fitness equipment under the supervision of a fitness coach
  • a gentle movement and stretching class
  • a fun music-based group to socialize, explore instruments, and relax

Tai Chi
Tap into Sound

Tai-Chi Course Details

Length: 10-week course starting April 18th  Two times per week for one hour

Time: Mon & Wed: 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm

Location: YMCA Spirit Mind Body Center, 130 N Main St. Southington, CT 06489

Class Size: 6-10 participants

Participants: This course is designed for those experiencing cognitive change but is open to all

 

 

Wellness Your Way Course Details

Length: 10-week course starting April 18th  Two times per week for one hour

Time: Mon & Wed: 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Location: YMCA Spirit Mind Body Center, 130 N Main St. Southington, CT 06489

Class Size: Up to 12 Participants

Participants: This course is for those experiencing cognitive change

 

 

Tap into Sound Course Details

Length: 10-week course starting April 18th
Two times per week for one hour

Time: Mon & Wed: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Location: YMCA Spirit Mind Body Center, 130 N Main St. Southington, CT 06489

Class Size: 6-8 participants
