Duration: One-time Workshop or 10 Week Course

Schedule: WED or THU

Purpose: Focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing

Location: Virtual or YMCA

Cognitive Stimulation
Therapy 

Designed for: Individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change

Duration: 10 Week Course | Twice a Week

Schedule: MON/WED or MON/FRI or TUE/THU

Purpose: Stimulate thinking, memory, and social connection 

Location: Virtual

Virtual Memory Cafés

Designed for: Individuals experiencing cognitive change and their care partners

Open to: Exclusive to individuals experiencing cognitive change and their care partners

Duration: Ongoing | Once a Week

Schedule: THU or FRI

Purpose: Social group for lighthearted conversation, laughs, and new friendships 

Location: Virtual

Virtual Support Group
Care Partners

Designed for: Care Partners of individuals experiencing cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to Care Partners of individuals with cognitive change

Duration: Ongoing | Twice per Month

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the Month

Purpose: For Care Partners to gain a supportive network of peers

Location: Virtual

Virtual Support Group
Individuals with Cognitive Change

Designed for: Individuals experiencing cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to individuals experiencing cognitive change

Duration: Ongoing | Once per Month

Schedule: 3rd Tuesday of the Month

Purpose: For people experiencing cognitive change to gain a supportive network of peers
