Open to: Anyone interested in brain health

Duration: 10 Weeks | Once per Week | 1.5 Hours

Purpose: Focus on improving brain health and overall wellbeing

Location: Virtual 

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy 

Designed for: Individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change

Duration:  Twice per Week | 1 Hour

Schedule: MON/WED or MON/FRI or TUE/THU

Purpose: Stimulate thinking, memory, and social connection 

Location: Virtual

Virtual Memory Cafés

Designed for: Individuals experiencing cognitive change and their care partners

Open to: Exclusive to individuals experiencing cognitive change and their care partners

Duration: Once per Week | 1 Hour

Schedule: THU or FRI

Purpose: Social group for lighthearted conversation, laughs, and new friendships 

Location: Virtual

Virtual Support Group
Care Partners

Designed for: Care Partners of individuals experiencing cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to Care Partners of individuals with cognitive change

Duration: Ongoing | Twice per Month

Schedule: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the Month

Purpose: For Care Partners to gain a supportive network of peers

Location: Virtual

Virtual Support Group
Individuals with Cognitive Change

Designed for: Individuals experiencing cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to individuals experiencing cognitive change

Duration: Ongoing | Once per Month

Schedule: 3rd Tuesday of the Month

Purpose: For people experiencing cognitive change to gain a supportive network of peers

Location: Virtual

Monthly Meet Ups for Individuals and Care Partners

Designed for: Individuals experiencing cognitive change and their Care Partners

Open to: Individuals experiencing cognitive change and their Care Partners

Duration: Ongoing | Once per Month

Schedule: 4thTuesday of the Month

Purpose: For people experiencing cognitive change and Care Partners to gather with peers

Location: Varies

Fitness for Balance

Designed for:  Individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change 

Open to:  Individuals experiencing mild cognitive change or newly diagnosed  

Duration: Three Classes per Week | 1 Hour

Schedule: MON/WED/FRI

Purpose:  Engage in whole body conditioning to improve balance

Location: Virtual

Fitness for Everyday Activity

Designed for:  Individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change 

Open to:  Individuals experiencing mild cognitive change or newly diagnosed  

Duration: Twice per Week | 1.5 Hours

Schedule: TUE/THU

Purpose:  Engage in exercises to make everyday activities easier and more accessible

Location: Virtual

Fitness for Core Strength

Designed for:  Individuals experiencing mild to moderate cognitive change 

Open to:  Individuals experiencing mild cognitive change or newly diagnosed  

Duration: Three Classes per Week | 1 Hour

Schedule: MON/WED/FRI

Purpose:   Engage in core strengthening activities adapted for all fitness levels

Location: Virtual

Managing Stress for Care Partners

Designed for:  Individuals caring for a person experiencing cognitive change

Open to: Exclusive to individuals caring for a person experiencing cognitive change

Duration: Once per Week | 1.5 Hours

Schedule: THU

Purpose:  To help care partners gain tools and strategies for successfully coping with life’s stressors
